- Hand dropped glass nuggets from Bendheim Glass, TriBeCa
- Hand stamped letters/custom kanji into sterling silver, oxidized
- Handmade bezel setting in fine silver
- Sterling silver ball chain with sterling lobster claw clasp

- This item has a blue glass with "HIV Neg" stamped inside
- Each glass nugget pendant is approximately 5/8" in diameter
